About Bella

Bella Blakemore is an enigmatic singer-songwriter from the South-west of WA whose honeyed voice complements her heartfelt and soulful songs, usually crafted from her own personal experiences. Her soaring yet delicate vocals & melody choices are guaranteed to engage all walks of life.

Bella has supported Australian musicians such as The Waifs, Alex Loyd and Things of Stone and Wood. She graces Leeuwin Estate frequently, sings for high profile people such as celebrity chef Nigella Lawson and performs all over WA even sharing the stage with Hands Like Houses, The Southern River Band & Abbey May during the 2019 North West Festival & WA’s SOTA.

She has just had a calling to move to the South West again after spending some time in Fremantle by the ocean. Spending her time here with a lot of solitude, self reflection and personal growth. She also frequents Port Hedland, since developing a strong connection to the land from when she lived there. But home for her is where her family is and where she can compose songs beautifully with her vintage Belman electric guitar amidst the serenity.

She just finished recording her debut single ‘Strong’ which she believes resonates with a lot of souls after the pandemic. Through her music she hopes to be the voice that gives people hope and encouragement in the midst of uncertainty.

After all, when you believe.. true magic happens.
